Meeting Minutes: March 27, 2014

Attending:  Leah, Elise, Lacey and Ted

Treasurer Report:  We have $2,370 in the bank account.

T-Shirts:  Flyer is ready for after spring break.  Susie will have an update in April.

Vehicle Day:  We might possibly join with other area ECFE groups (Edina and Richfield) for a combined tent.  Leah will obtain the PAC chair info for these other ECFE groups.

Cinco de Mayo:  The site is secured.  Trisha needs six people to volunteer.

Site Wish Lists:  Tabled until April.

Scholastic:  Tabled until April.

East PAC:  Would like donations to be sold at their silent auction event.  We do not have details for the event; tabled until April.

Site Council:  We need a new parent co-chair.
     Site council members have been invited to the end-of-the-year picnic.
     TAP (teens as parents) will be under ECFE next year.  It is unclear what this means for ECFE, more information should be available at the next meeting.
     North PAC is hosting a Family Fun Day the same day as Southdale's vehicle day.

Arts in Action:  They are trained art therapists, and Elise would like to incorporate them into ECFE somehow, maybe as a speaker event.
