Saturday, May 3: Vehicle Day at Southdale Mall
- 10am-Noon, Southdale parking lot near the AMC Theatres.
- There is no cost for admission.
- Choo Choo Bob's will set up two train tables at the ECFE booth.
Monday, May 5: Cinco de Mayo celebration
- 5:30-7:30pm at Wilder, 3345 Chicago Ave S
- There will be a pot luck style dinner, with rice and beans from Maria's Cafe.
- Activities for the kids in the child care room.
